Every Sacred Care product is crafted by hand with care, purpose, and attention to detail. Because our candles and room sprays are personal-use home-fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been shipped.
However your experience matters deeply to us.
If something isn’t right, we will take care of you.
If your order arrives damaged
Life happens — candles break, carriers mishandle boxes.
If your candle or room spray arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

A photo of the damaged item

A photo of the outside of the shipping box (if damaged)
We will send a replacement or store credit.
Lost / Stolen / Marked as Delivered
Once a package is marked as delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.
Sacred Care cannot replace orders that are:

Scanned as delivered but not located,
-
Lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
We will always support you in filing a claim with the carrier and assist however we can.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:

A product arrives damaged and a replacement is not available, or

We are unable to fulfill your order.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
